My private pay fee is $140 for individual therapy session. Each session is scheduled for 50 minutes. I accept payment from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and all major credit/debit cards.

If you have a PPO insurance plan, as you may be aware, you do have access to request partial service payment reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits (OON). To receive the benefit, you simply pay for services, and I will email you a copy of the invoice. You then submit that invoice to your insurance, along with a claim form, for them to process it. Once they do, they will send you a reimbursement check. I strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn what options are available to you.
Here is a list of questions to ask your insurance provider to help you gain a better understanding of what it is like to work with an out-of-network provider:

1. What are my mental health benefits?
2. Do I need an approval from my primary care physician?
3. What is my deductible and how much of it has been met?
4. What is the reimbursement rate to work with an out-of-network provider?
5. How do I submit my superbill for reimbursement?
